Human Bones Talk

I attended a Human Bones seminar in the Archaeology department, hosted by Jen Harland.
I have an interest in the macabre, and hope to draw skulls more in the future, so attending this talk was incredibly fascinating for me, as well as educational.

I particularly love this pattern that is found on skulls, from the plates fusing together. I may using this sort of pattern in the future, to represent fusion, the mind, the body, and death.

Seeing how the bones of the hand look like on top of my own hand was fascinating.

I loved these older bones, that had turned brown and looked more like driftwood.
